1. The use of economical poultry equipment should be based on the age of the chickens. The chickens of 1-6 weeks of age should drink 20-100ml of water per day. Chickens aged 7-12 weeks should drink 100-200 ml of water. The water consumption for laying hens should be 230-300 ml.

2. When the economical poultry equipment is used in summer, do not provide hot water. The temperature of the water source is 8-12°C. This effect reduces heat stress, increases feed intake, boosts energy and aids in weight gain.

3. During the operation of the equipment, feed water to the chickens according to the egg production rate. When the egg production rate is 50%, the water intake of the laying hens is 170 ml per day. After each 10% increase in egg production rate, the water intake will increase by 12ml. If you need to increase the amount of water you drink in high temperature weather, the water intake of chickens in hot weather is generally 5 times that of food.
