In economical poultry equipment, the conveying and feeding process does not require any manual operation, and the whole process is completely automatic. The economical poultry equipment manufacturer will tell you about the basic working process:

1. After the last driving hopper is filled with feed, the lateral feeding device automatically stops feeding. The feeding trolley runs backward according to the set time, and when it reaches the end of each row of cages, the trolley stops automatically. During the operation, the hopper on each layer of the crane corresponds to a trough, which can evenly drop the feed into the trough, and each chicken can freely eat fresh feed.

2. After the chickens have eaten the feed in the trough (set a certain time), the feeding trolley will automatically run to the front end of the cage frame, and then automatically stop at the head frame position. During the operation, the crane drops the feed evenly into the trough again, and this process completes a feeding procedure. The number of feedings in a day depends on the craft of each farm.

3. The feed tanker sends the feed to the feed storage tower outside the chicken house on time, and then the horizontal feeding device sends the feed in the feed tower to the feeding hopper of each row of cages at the set time.
